Jesse Grey is a UK-born California-based multi-platinum, Grammy winning multi-instrumentalist/producer/composer/vocalist/engineer known for specializing in drums, bass, keyboards, electric/acoustic/lap and pedal guitars, and other instruments. Inundated with music and obsessed from an early age through his father (drummer, Supertramp) and uncle (guitarist, Thin Lizzy), there was “no escaping a life in music”, says Jesse.

In 2017 Jesse co-wrote on the soundtrack for A Star Is Born with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, performing on 9 songs of the #1 Billboard soundtrack, as well as appearing in the film.

Jesse has produced, co-written or recorded with artists including Ke$ha, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, Lady Gaga, Jax, Sia, Sturgil Simpson, 24K Golden, Brian Wilson, Edie Brikell, Miranda Lambert, Lissie, A Fine Frenzy, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real, Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Supertramp, Kate Peytavin, Kurt Vile, Brett Dennen, Ben Barnes, and many others.

In 2022 he co-produced Jax’s platinum top 10 Pop Radio single “Victoria’s Secret” which charted 35 on Billboard Hot 100, which won Jax “Best New Pop Artist”. Recently, Jesse co-wrote, co-produced and played heavily on Jax’s debut album “Dear Joe” which included a co-write with artist Sia.

Jesse has contributed to much film and TV including Twin Peaks, Puss N’ Boots 2, Pump, The Shape of Water, Balls Up (release TBA), Old Spice, Patagonia, a Grammy for Big Easy Express (2012 Best Music Doc/Sound Mix/Design/Concert Mixing), many other projects. Jesse is currently collaborating with a range of artists mainly in Los Angeles while based out of beautiful Ojai CA., a short northerly drive from LA away.
