SAM DEROSA

Sam DeRosa is a Grammy nominated, multi platinum songwriter and recording artist from NY, now in Los Angeles. Born into a musical family, Sam is a self taught musician who continued her adult training at the Berklee College of Music. Known for being a multi genre writer, Sam has had releases and hits in rock, pop, country, and even in Christmas music. Sam penned lovelytheband’s breakout hit “Broken,” that went #1 for 8 weeks in 2018 and is now the longest charting song in alternative radio history. She also penned Dixie D'amelio's breakout hit “Be Happy,” which has surpassed 300 millions streams across all platforms and is now RIAA certified gold. She co-wrote “Evergreen” for Pentatonix, the title track of the now Grammy nominated album. 

2024 releases include "Favorite Song" by Jason Derulo, Flo Rida & Brian Kelley's single "Feels Right (I Love It)" & "August" by Johnny Orlando. Other releases include co-writing and being the featured vocalist on the Jonas Blue/Sam Feldt collaboration Endless Summer, with their song “Till The End” and penned two songs off of Bebe Rexha’s most recent album, including the single “Satellite” ft. Snoop Dogg. Recently, Sam’s also had some country music success, after penning the TikTok viral (10 million views) song “Bridesmaids' with Kylie Morgan. She’s released songs with several other artists, including Lukas Graham, Chloe Moriondo, and many more. As an artist, she self funded and released her sophomore EP, “The Good Parts.” Her artist career began with her debut single “Pill For This,” (as seen on NBC’s SONGLAND) charted to #3 on the iTunes pop charts, #6 global, and landed her a spot on the Kelly Clarkson show in 2019.  Recent sessions and upcoming cuts include:  Bebe Rexha, Cirkut, Jonas Blue, Josh Murty, Nolan Sipe, and more.
